Who we are
Kara Walter, owner and practitioner of Regen Performance Therapy, brings over 20 years of hands-on horse experience and is a NBCAAM-certified equine massage therapist. In 2024, Kara decided to take her lifelong passion for horses to the next level by exploring natural, science-based recovery methods to help her own barrel horse, Money, perform and feel his best.
Her research led her to the powerful benefits of targeted cryotherapy, which inspired her to pursue additional training in manual therapies such as massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to further enhance recovery and performance results.
Today, Kara’s mission is to provide customized care for performance horses across Greater Western Washington—helping equine athletes perform at their peak for many years to come.
